For a set of Acrylic nails 3 weeks ago. Came back today and was told they won’t fill acrylic set. Wanted to Charge me to take them off and redo. Very little grow out. I was confused as other places do fills. They said no fills on acrylic sets (that they put on!) First set wasn’t done very well either .
I have been doing pedicure for close to 30years.I never had this bad experience that i received from Regal Nails ,Salon & spa.Even when i got home,no one believed i had just done pedicure.All the dead cell at the back of my legs were just the way it was before going to them. I went there today to show it to them,in case the person that did it for me was still a learner,they only told me that there is nothing they can do. If you do not want to waste your money,i do not recommend even my enemy to go there . I left there very sad,and they could not be bothered.I even feel like showing my feet to the world ,to see what they did to me. It is so sad.
My dad in his 70’s wanted his toe nails done and the lady had zero issues doing an amazing job he is hard of hearing but she was great with him Great way to wnd the year
Wow… I truly did not expect this kind of experience. I called today (Nov 21 at around 4:01 PM) regarding a misplaced gift certificate. I explained that I had received a gift certificate, accidentally misplaced it, and still have the receipt as proof of purchase. When I asked if I could provide the receipt, I was told that nothing could be done without the physical certificate. I also asked whether gift certificates are recorded or tracked by number, and I was told they are not, and that only the owner handles matters like this. When I asked for the best time to call back, I did not receive an answer. I then asked for the name of the person I was speaking with so I could address her properly, and the response I received was, “Come here and get my name.” and hang up! This was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. It was genuinely one of the worst phone interactions I’ve ever had. Please don’t worry about the gift certificate.. I no longer feel comfortable proceeding with any service after this experience. It truly reflects how future customers may be approached and treated. To whoever handled this call, I sincerely hope this can be taken as an opportunity to improve. We all have things going on, but being polite and respectful goes a long way. And if you’re unable to assist, it’s better not to answer the phone than to speak to customers in this manner.
All I asked was for my current nails to be taken off. She made some fingers bleed from the drill and also cut so short that my fingers hurt at the tip. Left plenty of my acrylics on and pain from previous. At the end she didn’t even dust off the residue she just put oil on my nails and then Slapped my hands when she finished
